Company UNION LESNÍ BRÁNA, a. s., (further referred to as UNION LESNÍ BRÁNA) is the only Czech munufacturer of heat and sound glass fibre insulation for the construction industry, namely for residential buildings, civic amenities, industrial and farm structures and industrial equipment.

UNION LESNÍ BRÁNA, a. s., manufactures a wide range of products for heat and sound insulating purposes, including mats and boards of various dimensions, thickness and densities.

UNION LESNÍ BRÁNA, a. s., products have been certified in the Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, Austria, Poland and the Slovak Republic. The quality of products is supervised by testing institutions in those countries. The products meet all hygiene and fire regulations as required for their specific use.

The main aim of UNION LESNÍ BRÁNA, a. s., is to satisfy domestic customers with a world class product. In order to increase sales we want to improve cooperation with our dealers and the level of provided sales service in the future. We want to show our customers how to use our material for the best possible insulating result, with what other materials it can be combined so that the combinations corresponded to standards and regulations. We also want to inform our dealers and customers about the late developments and new products.

A worldwide rise in the price of energy at the end of last century resulted in growing demand for quality insulation. Management of the joint stock company, UNION LESNÍ BRÁNA, decided on a change in production technology leading to the production of products fully comparable with those of advanced countries. This plan was realised and in 1993, the licensed product ROTAFLEX Super^® first rolled off the production line.

UNION LESNÍ BRÁNA, a. s., continuously monitors the quality of products in the manufacturing process. The Company also prepared internal rules and guidelines which comply with the present European standards. This approach ensures permanent high quality of products.
